Joana/mi was founded by Nina Minnemann, a creative strategist with a background in PR, social media and influencer marketing.
Since 2015, Nina has worked across communications, developing culturally relevant campaigns and partnerships for brands including Beats by Dre, Vinted and Pinterest. Nearly a decade on the brand side gave her a deep understanding of what makes collaborations successful and how meaningful relationships between brands and talent are built.
For her, it was never just about the campaigns, but the people behind them. Today, she brings that perspective into talent management, helping artists and cultural voices build long-term careers and authentic partnerships. Drawing from experience on both sides of the table, she specializes in creating collaborations that feel valuable for everyone involved.
Originally from Buenos Aires and now calling Berlin home, Nina is driven by curiosity, connection and a genuine love for bringing the right people together at the right moment.
